5 Main Street Deli Favorites

Main Street Deli has been a Main Street staple for 30 years running. Here are a few house-made menu favorites to help you order like a pro.

Favorite to-go item:

Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. This isn’t your average BEC. Whether your favorite vessel for this classic breakfast is a sandwich roll, English muffin or toast, there will be plenty of ooey gooey cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs and perfectly crisp bacon. These are the ideal to-go item for breakfast on the mountain, on the way to work or your next Utah adventure!

Favorite sweet treat:

Homemade fresh fruit popsicles. These paletas, meaning “small stick” in Spanish, are made by the Main Street Deli staff with seasonal fresh fruit. Dairy-free, gluten-free and no added artificial sugars make these popsicles a guilt-free refreshing treat on any summer day. The flavors are always changing, so make sure to check out what delicious flavors August holds!

Favorite sandwich:

The Main Street Deli roast beef sandwich is a no-brainer. Tender and flavorful roast beef is made in-house with garlic and herb rubbed sirloin, topped with provolone, arugula, caramelized onion and horseradish aioli for an upgraded take on a classic roast beef sando. Bonus: get the side of house-made chips! This sandwich is sticking around for the long haul, but don’t take that for granted and make it your next order.

Favorite healthier option:

A filling and nutritious alternative to any of the Deli’s craft sandwiches are their grain bowls. My personal favorite is the barley and roasted mushroom bowl with spinach/arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion and topped with savory, nutty Parmesan. Add chicken, tofu or a hard-boiled egg for extra added protein. The salad bar is also stock full of healthy, flavorful options for days where a salad hits the spot.

Favorite side dish:

If you’ve picked up on a made-in-house trend, then you should know to order anything homemade from the Deli. Their sides change daily and are always made fresh in house. Aside from the house-made potato chips, my go-to side from Main Street Deli is their macaroni and cheese (you can even add bacon to it!).

Main Street Deli’s menu changes with the seasons to reflect indulgent feel-good food and fresh takes on classics. Get yourself some fresh fruit popsicles before summer turns to fall and devour any of Main Street Deli’s house-made specialties.

Main Street Deli is open 7 days a week and is located at 525 Main Street.
