Meredith is a Chicago transplant and ski bum turned freelance writer. She has been in the restaurant business off an on since she was 16 and learned to cook from her parents, so she knows a good dish when she sees one (especially if it's deep dish). Park City native, Jessica wears many hats. Starting out in the beauty field with 6 years experience in Hair Styling, Jessica went on to study Cosmetology and Photography and is now the proud owner of her own hair and makeup studio. On top of all her beauty talent, she recently developed an immense passion for health and nutrition. Jessica is a certificated Health Coach, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She assists families and individuals in nutritional guidance, healthy life style and even weekly meal prep/planning. Her new interest came about when she completely transformed her life, health, and body. She noticed that beauty started from within to shine on the outside so she began to nourish myself with foods and exercise. Caitlin is a Chicago native who recently moved to Park City from North Lake Tahoe, California. After years of working in hospitality she used her enthusiasm for food and beverage as a guiding inspiration toward a career in the wine industry. She now works in a position assisting Park City restaurateurs in structuring their beverage programs, with her love of food playing as an inspiration. Caitlin is WSET Level 2 Certified and is currently working toward her Certified Specialist of Wine Credential. During her downtime Caitlin loves to entertain and wow her friends with traditional, authentic recipes including tacos Al Pastor and Polish Bigos along with a properly paired wine, of course! In the warmer months Caitlin enjoys leading wine hikes with a different weekly varietal and the bonus being a wine tasting with view of the gorgeous Utah Mountains.6 Articles


Kelley roasts small batch artisan coffee as an owner of Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters. A lover of chocolate, espressos, farmers markets, dark beers, sushi, and of course, coffee. When she's not eating, you can find Kelley skiing, camping, and hiking in the mountains with her husband Mitch and her dog Digory.3 Articles





Born and raised in south Georgia, Casey moved to Colorado after graduating college and has now settled in Jackson, where she loves to snowboard, hike and water-ski. She's a true southern food junkie, but loves every type of food (there's nothing she won't eat) and will try anything once. A lifelong love of food combined with a Journalism degree made her realize she could combine her two passions which led her to the position of Editorial Assistant. She loves hot sauce and anything pickled, and you'll always find her on the hunt for the perfect Bloody Mary.
