Cafe Trio Now Open

If you are you always looking for a new place to dine like we are at Dishing, you are in for a treatOne of Salt Lake City’s favorite chefs has just opened his first Park City spot. Café Trio Park City is now open at Kimball Junction and aims to be your favorite new restaurant for casual dining, private dining and catering.

Restaurateur Mikel Trapp now has more than a trio of cafes. Trapp’s career began at the Park Café, a small restaurant located in the heart of Salt Lake City. In addition to this new Park City outpost, Trapp is the owner and operating partner of Café Trio, Café Trio Cottonwood, Current Fish & Oyster, and Under Current Bar. He offers more than 30 years as a chef, restaurant owner, and food and beverage director.

Hours of Operation:
Breakfast: 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday
Brunch: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
Dinner: 4 to 10 p.m.Monday through Saturday; and 4 to 9 p.m.Sunday
