Whether you’re seeking holiday cheer or a bar with people cheering, there is plenty of fun to be had in Park City today and tonight. From finding Santa to finding your perfect holiday karaoke song, here is what’s happening around town on Chirstmas Eve.
Santa Claus Visits Deer Valley
Santa will be visiting guests in the Snow Park Lodge area from 9 to 11 a.m. and from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Silver Lake Lodge area. Guests and their children are invited to bring a camera and take their picture with Santa. For more information, please call 435-649-1000.
3:15pm – 4:00pm: Meet Ripperoo at Park City Base. Ripperoo is Park City’s Ski and Snowboard School mascot, is an expert in spreading cheer. Come join the fun in the Resort Village as he poses for pictures and greets guests.
2:30pm – 4:30pm: Après Music at Park City Transit Center, Park City Base and The Umbrella Bar in Canyons Village
2:30pm – 4:30pm: Snow Play at Canyons Village. Come play in the snow! Build a snowman, express yourself on a canvas of snow with snow graffiti and more.
Torchlight Parade at Park City Base
Park City’s Annual Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade is a tradition as old as the resort itself. That means it will turn 53 this year! This is also one of the most special and longest-running traditions, creating a special seasonal atmosphere here on Christmas Eve. Before the actual parade, we’ll start the celebration at 5:30 pm in Park City Base Area with holiday music, hot cocoa, cookies and holiday cheer – all free for the entire family.
Molly Bloom’s Texas Hold Em’ Poker Tournament
From 7:00pm – 9:00pm it’s free to play in the Texas Hold Em Poker Tournament hosted by Wasatch Poker Tour. Up to $50 Gift Certificates in the Prize Pool. New Players Welcome. Come early and find out the rules from their friendly dealers. It’s free to win!
Cisero’s Cowboy Karaoke
Come out to Cisero’s Bar on Main Street in Park City for our Thursday night karaoke show starting at 10:00pm and going on until 1:00am. Join Cowboy Joe and friends and sing your favorite songs while getting liquid courage. “All I Want for Christmas is You,” anyone?
