Deck Dining: Biking Edition

It is really gorgeous out there, so put the pedal to the pavement and bike to dine this weekend. No bike? No problem. Grab a rental from one of the many shops around Park City. Here’s a few to start:

Twisted Fern, Bike Friendly Deck Dining With a Full Bar

When you are done kicking up the dust or hitting the pavement, head on over to Twisted Fern at 1300 Snowcreek Drive. This “scratch” restaurant features a new bar menu along with patio seating and beer on tap. Whether it’s lunch, dinner or inbetween, Chef Adam recommends the following menu items for refueling:

CONFIT WINGS (Gluten Free): Harissa tossed, feta-mint ranch, pickled carrot

POTATO CHIPS (Vegan, Gluten Free): Whiskey French onion dip

SHORTY MELT (Open Face): Braised short rib, rye bread, Gruyère cheese, garlic pickles, 1000 island dressing, apple-bacon sauerkraut, fried egg

BURGER AND FRIES: 1⁄2lb patty, cheddar cheese, burnt onion aioli, bacon, pea shoots, everything bun
