Even though spring is proving to be a bit finicky this year, take advantage of the warm sunny days at Este Pizza, located in Prospector Square on Sidewinder Dr. The tables and umbrellas are already up on their private outdoor patio, and the lunch specials are served up all day long.

Whether it’s a lunch break or an after work gathering, you can always get two slices and a fountain drink for $6.50. But that’s not all. Este offers vegan versions of their menu choices like vegan buffalo wings, vegan pesto “chick-un” sandwich and the vegan meatball marinara. Plus, all pizzas can be made vegan or gluten free. There is even gluten free beer. And speaking of beer, bottle or draft, almost all the beers are sourced locally or produced in the West. Este is proud to serve a handpicked selection of Proper Brewing Co. in 22 ounce bomber bottles and on draft.

Este only uses fresh, high quality ingredients, and everything from their fry sauce to salad dressings are house made. The traditional buffalo wings are smothered in their proprietary buffalo sauce. There is only one heat, and it’s kicked up a notch, but in true buffalo style you can cool them down with house-made bleu cheese dressing.

No time to dine in and enjoy the friendly atmosphere? No worries, take your pie to go. Pies are made with house-made sauce and hand chopped veggies, all on a thin New-York style hand tossed crust.
