Braised Short Ribs

The brains behind Element are Block and Silbereis.

After her move from North County San Diego, Block sought to bring the same healthful options available in abundance in California to us. Silbereis also found himself, and Park City, wanting in the environmentally friendly and locally sourced cuisine department.

Thus, Element Kitchen & Bakery was founded on the gap between the need for and the lack of locally sourced organic foods found in our community. Purchasing local organic produce  benefits our health and creates a local food system that uplifts our economy and the environment. That is one of the main drivers behind Element.

In addition to meal kits, Element offers event catering, in-home private chef service and hot meal drop offs.

Curious? They are taking Thanksgiving orders for pick up or delivery on the big day. Visit their extensive menu and chef services at www.elementparkcity.com for your next big night in. Find Element at 1400 Snow Creek Drive, down from The Market and the State Liquor Store.
