Mindful Cuisine Thai BBQ Night

$85The refreshing flavors in this dinner are perfect for a warm summer night. Gai yang is the Thai word for grilled chicken which is typically cooked on skewers using a whole bird. You will make a marinade with favors of coriander and lemongrass. Create a beautiful salad full of freshly picked garden greens and herbs with a delicious dressing made with tangy tamarind, lime, ginger and a bit of chili. Then make a crispy ginger rice dish to accompany the chicken as well as a simple watermelon and lime dish. Make coconut meringues to enjoy with house-made mango sorbet for dessert.
