Salmon with Black Bean Sauce & Ginger Spiced Cabbage

Create this meal of Asian inspired flavors. Begin with a Scallion Pancake appetizer which if you have never tried may become a new favorite. Use winter citrus, ginger and roasted sichuan pepper to create bright flavors to accompany winter vegetables and created a unique flavorful dish with wild caught salmon.
