Salmon with Black Bean Sauce & Ginger Spiced Cabbage

Create this meal of Asian inspired flavors. Begin with a Scallion Pancake appetizer which if you have never tried may become a new favorite. Use winter citrus, ginger and roasted sichuan  pepper to create bright flavors to accompany winter vegetables and created a unique flavorful dish with wild caught salmon.

Menu: Scallion Pancakes with Dipping Sauce; Avocado and Orange Salad; Black Bean Glazed Salmon with Ginger Cabbage; Crisped Basmati Rice with Sichuan Pepper; Pistachio Coconut Tarts
