Get Your Fresh Veggies at Copper Moose Farm Stand

It’s veggie season, and the best place to pick up your fresh veggies and cut flowers is at the Copper Moose Farm Stand in Park City. Currently growing on about 3 acres, the summer months produce arugula, asparagus, beets, beet greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, Chinese cabbage, celery, collards, chard, edible flowers, fennel, garlic, garlic scapes, head lettuce, herbs, kale, kolrabi, lavender, leeks, mizuna, mustard greens, micro greens, onions, peas, parsnips, potatoes, pumpkins, radish, rhubarb, salad mix, spinach, scallions, summer squash, stir fry greens, tat soi, turnips, winter squash, and cut flowers in our outside growing beds. Meanwhile, the greenhouses produces heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, beans and some flowers.

Pick up garden fresh greens at their Farm Stand to make one of our Dishing recipes at home or support restaurants that shop locally produced produce like Twisted Fern, Bistro 412 and Deer Valley Grocery Café.

The Farm Stand is located on Old Ranch Road between Park City and Kimball Junction.

Farm Stand Hours:

Tuesdays noon to 6 p.m.

Thursdays noon to 6 p.m.

Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
