Girls, Girls, Girls
Every now and again, a girl’s gotta cut loose. An evening filled with laughter, inside jokes, favorite drinks and for us, 80’s glam rock was perfectly paired with delish hand-crafted pizza. We had been planning on a return of our favorite decade for some time. Vince Neil tickets in hand, we were ready for a night on the wild side. But before we could dance to our Motley favorites, we decided to nosh on some delectable treats from locally owned Este Pizza in Park City.
I love hitting up a great restaurant with my girlfriends for a night on the town, but sometimes, you need to grab something and go. Este New York-style Pizza makes it super simple to take out delicious gourmet delights and bring the party home. On this night, we had a few folks who had different dietary requests. No problem for our friends at Este. Gluten free vegetarian pizza? Got it! A meat lover’s dream pizza? They’ve got that, too. Plus, great side dishes like yummy salads, buffalo wings – with chicken or vegan — and garlic knots to add to the feast. Este also offers Italian favorites like calzones and strombolis to round out their menu. Not super hungry? Grab one of their specialty sandwiches that include options for vegan diners as well as meat-eaters alike. If you’re feeling creative, you can build your own pizza, or choose one of their tried and true favorites like the ever-popular Italian Flag Pizza.
Throw in some red wine and good stories and your night is complete. The perfect way to fuel up before we danced our feet off and sang to 80’s rock tunes…I mean, you need energy for that sort of endeavor, and Este was the perfect way to start the night. Choose to dine in and enjoy a casual, relaxed atmosphere just far enough off Main Street to make parking easy and miss the Old Town crowds; however you slice it, Este offers true New York flavors sometimes tough to come by in a mountain town.
Join the gang at Este at 1781 Sidewinder Drive for a night out or give them a call at 435-731-8970 for takeout. Either way, you will be happy you did, just like that pig!
