There’s no reason to be sad about summer being over, especially when fall is one of the most beautiful seasons in our town and we have such a great winter to look forward to. So, no better way to celebrate the end of a great summer season and a great winter to come than with delicious beer paired with great food, and no better place to do so than The Goldener Hirsch.
Join The Goldener Hirsch on Oct. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. for a bier garden in the European tradition featuring beers by local Utah brewery Bohemian Brewery. There will be four courses created by chef Ryan Burnham and four beer pairings. $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
