Griswald’s Is Back At Red Rock

Picture this: lights, lots of lights. Enough to be the envy of the street. No, the neighborhood. No, the WHOLE CITY! Yeah, that’s what drinking a cold Griswald’s Holiday Ale from Red Rock Brewery feels like. It’s a smooth ale base brewed with seasonal spices like coriander, ginger, orange peel and clove. At a whopping 8.5 percent ABV, it is definitely holiday-ish and celebratastic!

Griswald’s pretty much pairs with anything, but go big or go home right? We recommend the lamb sliders with housemade tzatziki sauce. These live on the little bites menu, and you can get one or multiples. You have 500 ml of brew to enjoy, so make it count!

Red Rock Junction is a staple restaurant at Kimball Junction for both locals and visitors. Open everyday for lunch and dinner at 11 a.m. and on Sunday at 10 a.m. for brunch, stop by and grab a bite and a beer. Don’t miss the fish and chips, and spring for the halibut.
