It’s official! There is now a second Java Cow location at Kimball Junction. The iconic ice cream and coffee shop has always been main street’s one stop shop for sweets, a cup of jo, delicious pastries, and to-go items such as sandwiches, salads, oatmeal, crepes and much more. Now, while the playful demeanor of Java Cow still exists in the new location which is called I Love Moo, the interior is anything but ordinary. Think bright colors with that little touch of ‘cow’ in the decor we all know and love. It’s simply a fun atmosphere.
The ice cream is the same, but you’ll notice that the rest of their menu is a bit different in comparison to the in town location. In addition to their all natural ice cream choices, ice cream sundaes, shakes, and banana splits, you will also find a complete menu of smoothies like the King Kale, PB Chocolate Go Go, Spin Mint, and many more. Add a boost to your smoothie to kick up the health a notch. Alongside the smoothie menu is another menu complete with Acai bowls. Choose from Berry Good, Body Builder, Rise and Shine, Chocolate Dream, or Mountain Top with again, the option to add more health options to your bowl like bee pollen or chia seeds.
Soon to be on the menu will be housemade, freshly baked pretzels and personal pizzas! Another one stop shop for all your cravings, count on I Love Moo next time you’re in the junction area to try some of their new, healthy snack-age in addition to their delicious ice cream! It’s all utterly delicious.
