Late Night Dining

A night out on the town in Park City can consist of many things, but usually it will include a great meal at one of our fantastic restaurants, a craft cocktail at one of our artisan bars or lounges, followed by some casual bar hopping to all the fun favorites. If it’s a really good night, you might even find yourself in one of Main Street’s dance hangouts busting out all your moves into the wee hours of the night. For those who might get a bit of a later start and want to combine the cocktailing hours of the night with the food portion, don’t worry, even though it may seem like everything has closed, there are still options. One just must know where to look!

Prime Steakhouse and Piano Bar

Let a sleek and intimate atmosphere, big flavorful food, and delicate piano music satisfy all your senses at Prime Steakhouse. Located on the bottom portion of Main Street across from the town lift, this is the perfect place to start your evening, even if it’s starting a little later, say, 9 p.m. On the weekdays, their kitchen stays open until 9:30 p.m., but on the weekends expect to be able to order up your favorite steak and sides until 10 p.m. A perfectly brilliant thing to do before the libations are flowing and to put you in a happy, relaxing mood for the rest of the evening. See the menu here. Live music nightly.

Butcher’s Chophouse

Another steakhouse worth heading to in the latter hours of the night is Butcher’s. Situated almost right underneath the town lift and kitty corner from High West, Butcher’s offers a delicious, comforting menu featuring chicken fried chicken, chicken and mango quesadilla, polenta crusted calamari, spare ribs, chophouse burger and more. See the rest here. Their dining room is open serving food until 10 p.m. with food available at the bar until 1 a.m. An elegant but comfortable atmosphere creates the perfect place to gather with your fellow comrades of the evening, enjoy delicious fare paired with great cocktails. Have a burger, then walk it off, because you’re walking up from here! Since their bar is open until 1 a.m., might as well stop by on your way home as well.

No Name Saloon

Talk about a community staple, No Name is a must visit for visitors, and a consistent hangout for many Park City locals. Yes, it can get extremely crowded if you hit it on a weekend, but that’s almost half the fun of going! The food is amazing, the bar is rowdy, but happy, and just by looking at all the memorabilia on the walls, you get the feel the memories that have been made there and the names that have been lost. Famous for their buffalo burgers, No Name’s menu has a lot to offer when it comes to bar food, and let me tell you, it’s anything but ordinary. They make their famous potato chips from scratch, corned beef paninis, pork tacos, fish ‘n’ chips, barebecue pork sandwich, and my favorite from No Name – their turkey burger. There’s something for everyone, and if you’re looking to eat in a casual, fun bar environment, this is your place. See the full menu here, available until midnight.

Flanagan’s On Main

If Irish pub food is your jam, go straight to Flanagan’s. Fun, upbeat, with live music downstairs in their Guinness Lounge, they serve up a playful twist on Irish comfort food in a perfect pub-like setting. Dubliner hot wings, corned beef tacos, fish poppers (kind of like beer battered fish tater tots..yum) classic reubens, Irish beef stew, Shepherd’s Pie, the list goes on and on. It’s insanely good and is paired wonderfully with a Guinness, duh. Serving food until 10:30 p.m or so depending on how busy they are – check out the menu here.

Rock & Reilly’s

Speaking of Irish pubs, there just so happens to be another one right across the street, Rock & Reilly’s! Only they’re doing things a little bit differently. Food still well up to par and a great place to wine and dine yourselves while enjoying the comforts of a bar atmosphere, this place has it all. Karaoke, a life-size Jenga game, dance floor, photo booth, it basically screams fun from the moment you walk in t the door. Then there’s the food. The menu, which bares the title Soak Up Some Alcohol, does just that. Mini corndogs, mac ‘n cheese, fish ‘n chips, short rib grilled cheese (my favorite), Irish nachos, and more. See all of it here. If you’re looking for a good time and something delicious to soak it all up, Rock and Reilly’s is the place for you.

Fletcher’s

A newer addition to Main Street’s scene is Fletcher’s. Eat, drink, lounge is their motto and eat, drink, lounge is what you shall do, enjoying every last sip, bite and moment. The atmosphere in the upstairs restaurant and downstairs lounge is unlike anything else you’ll find in Park City. Dining in the restaurant feels classy and comfortable, and grabbing a drink in the lounge you’ll suddenly want to spark up grown up conversations and order whiskey on the rocks. What I’m trying to say is that it’s sophisticated in the best way possible. Their drinks are fabulous and their food is just as amazing. For later options, head downstairs to their lounge where the menu is limited to small plates and appetizers until 11 p.m. sometimes later. Cauliflower bites with chipotle aoli and pomegranate, mini short rib grilled cheeses, cheddar chive biscuits with bacon jam, need I say more? See the rest here. Go be a grown up at Fletcher’s.

Bistro 412 Upstairs Bar

Bistro 412 is the place to meet your friends, and this applies to me directly. It is one of our favorite places to catch up, grab some drinks and bites, and have a great time. When the downstairs restaurant closes, the upstairs bar area, complete with bar menu, becomes the perfect spot to cozy up in a booth and hang out. Not your average bar food, the menu includes items such as trout tostadas, duck confit, smoked wings and blue mac ‘n cheese, and more. Menu is served until around 11 p.m. depending on the night, see it here. A great spot, and the best way to start, spend, and end your night. It’s happened to me multiple times.
