In conjunction with the Park City Area Restaurant Association, we have helped to round up all of the specials and breakfasts/brunches going on at restaurants here in town.
J&G Grill at St. Regis
Brunch highlights include BYOB (Build your Own Bennie) eggs benedict station; carving station with herb crusted ribeye and honey ham with mustard glaze; made-to-order waffle and pancake bar with fresh fruit, chocolate chips, Nutella, whipped cream, coconut lavender syrup and maple syrup; house smoked local trout; Cajun rock shrimp pasta salad with pears and roasted red peppers; heirloom tomato salad with charred corn and green goddess dressing; scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon and turkey sausage; seasonal fresh fruit and berries; artisanal cheese and charcuterie; assorted juices and smoothies; nitrogen ice cream sundaes and chef’s selection of pastries and deserts. Deer Valley Grocery Cafe
For those celebrating Mother’s Day at home or as a guest, Park City’s top spot for gourmet takeout is serving a delectable special soup and salad duo: gazpacho with mescal cured scallop, English cucumber, avocado and chipotle, served with a salad of mixed micro greens, seared Wagyu sirloin, shaved radish, spring asparagus, feta cheese and lemon vinaigrette.

The Brass Tag at Deer Valley
The award-winning restaurants at Deer Valley® are preparing lots of different options to treat Mom, including serving a sumptuous Mother’s Day brunch at Brass Tag. Enjoy classic breakfast selections such as eggs benedict; link sausage; maple, peppered, and applewood smoked bacon; oven roasted potatoes; and a selection of pastries, breads and coffee cakes, plus a waffle station with all the fixings. Chipotle cherry glazed grilled chicken breast, carved tenderloin of pork, peel and eat shrimp and salmon gravlax will also be on offer, plus a range of selections for vegetarians, including harissa-marinated oven-baked tofu, and fresh salads and fruits. Brunch is $49 for adults, $15 for children 12 and younger.

Apex at Montage Deer Valley
A decadent Mother’s Day brunch featuring classic dishes with a fresh twist. Eggs benedict florentine, Corn Flake-crusted brioche French toast or pan-roasted salmon, a carvery with peppercorn-crusted beef tenderloin and artisan sausage skewers, chilled seafood, four salads, roasted tomato soup, charcuterie and olives, and mouthwatering desserts. Glitretind at Stein Eriksen Lodge
The elaborate menu begins with starters such as exquisite chilled cucumber, avocado, and Dungeness crab soup, pickled beets and grilled white asparagus salad, along with a selection of fresh sushi, smoked seafood, and artisan meats. There’s also custom omelets and waffles made to order, a host of salads, soups, charcuterie, cheeses, mussels, clams, and no shortage of desserts. Offering Riverhorse favorites crafted with locally sourced ingredients, including warm peach fritters, sun-dried tomato and spinach quiche, shrimp and cheddar grits, smoked salmon scramble, huevos rancheros and much more. No brunch would be complete without signature cocktails like the Riverhorse bloody Mary, snowstorm café and the Main Street peach mimosa. $65 for adults, $35 for children younger than 12.

This favorite spot for American food with Brazilian flair is treating moms to a free meal this Mother’s Day. Any mom who shows up with a family member can take advantage of the special discount.

Powder at Waldorf Astoria
Powder’s popular brunch buffet returns for Mother’s Day. Enjoy eggs made-to-order; short rib; rockfish; roast chicken; a carving station with leg of lamb and salmon en croute; a raw bar with jumbo shrimp, west coast oysters, mussels and smoked fish; low country she-crab soup; plus charcuterie and cheese, a variety of spring inspired salads, a bakery display, desserts, and a bloody Mary bar. A Mother’s Day offering of smoked bone-in ham and roasted turkey breast with mango ginger relish right off the carvery station. Their cold buffet will be stocked with items like applewood house smoked salmon filet, yellow and red tomato skewers with mozzarella, basil and kalamata olive, red onion and feta cheese quiche. The hot buffet features brunch classics like eggs benedict, grilled strip loin of beef, home-style potatoes and more. Don’t forget to load up on cheeses, fruits, and desserts to balance it all out! The brunch is $37.75 for adults and $17.75 for children under 12.

This home for flatbread pizzas and more will be serving a delectable breakfast buffet featuring smoked salmon, slow roasted corned beef and a chef’s omelet station.
