Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. Hosts Weekly Classes

This summer the owner of Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. (Jessica McCleary) has been offering weekly classes at a new expansion behind her store. In the airy space, guests can relax while cooking expert and instructor Deanna Fitchat (owner of Deelicous Park City) teaches about pairings, flavor profiles, techniques, seasonings and more.

The interactive classes are designed for guests to experience smells, learn cooking lessons and, the best part, taste three-to-five dishes. In each class, Fitchat will prepare and give instruction plus the recipes, for each dish. Her style, said McCleary is to offer healthy dishes that are full of flavor and easy to recreate.  McCleary pairs each dish with a reasonably-priced wine that will complement the dish.
