New Food at My Liquid Garden

Healthy to-go options can be hard to come by, but My Liquid Garden is making healthy eating on the go easy.

What started as a juice-only shop has become a healthy eating destination. This transformation began when they started to realize something needed to be done with all the pulp that was leftover from juicing. They began adding the pulp to muffins, adding fiber, and they were a hit. Since then, they have been branching out using the fresh produce they have to come up with organic,  non-GMO, nutritious, hearty and, most importantly, delicious options for their customers. Here of just a few of their new food options are now available.

Every week they are blending up a new hummus with the ingredients they have on hand. When we were in house the hummus of the week was beet hummus, served with crackers and veggies, an easy and delicious snack for when you’re on the run.

Their take on a Caesar salad is healthy and inventive but still  totally tastes like what you want a Caesar salad to taste like. Made with romaine and kale and a dressing made of nuts, Parmesan, hemp seeds, cashews and garlic you won’t miss anything with this Caesar. They even use roasted chickpeas as the croutons so you’ll get all the crunch without any of the guilt.

Their soup changes daily based on what vegetables they have but it is sure to always be hot, healthy and completely satisfying. LG-Soup
