With 24 hours notice, the chefs will pack up a gourmet basket for two for your own adventures, concerts or whatever your whim. Included in the baskets are choices of salads, sandwiches and desserts, or order The Parisian with artisanal cheeses, Creminelli charcuterie, house-made jams, French baguette, seasonal fruits and chocolate truffles. Add in a bottle of wine, bubbly or assorted non-alcoholic drinks for an additional charge. Return the basket with all the dirty dishes and Montage takes care of that too! Stein Eriksen Lodge

This basket is filled to the brim with everything you need for the perfect picnic in the mountains- from delectable menu items to your favorite bottle of wine from Stein’s Cellar, utensils, napkins, bottled water and appropriate glassware. Packed for two and priced at $60, you can enjoy a starter of garden tomatoes or salmon deviled eggs then move on to choices like shrimp Waldorf salad sandwich, hangar steak salad or roasted beet and hummus toast to name a few. All finished off with fresh baked brownies and blondies. Orders need to be placed 24 hours in advance and are available to hotel guests or those just wanting a very special meal for the day.
