Parkites Brewin’ Up The Goods At Park City Brewery

It’s an exciting time in Park City when it comes to doing things local. Not only is it more desired and almost demanded by consumers, but the people of Park City have recently really come to life in terms of turning their passion into well-crafted, homemade goodness right here in our hometown.

Now, filling the brewery gap since Shades Of Pale expanded to Salt Lake, we are proud to call home to Park City’s newest beer brewery; Park City Brewery. Located on Rasmussen Road near Burt Brothers, Park City Brewery has established four delicious different beers that will be available all year, with seasonal beers to be announced as they are made.

The four varieties of beers are Hooker Blonde Ale; a light and thirst quenching brew;  Last Pitch, an incredible, sessionable India Pale Ale with a golden orange hue and moderate to low malt backbone, smooth with a slight caramel sweetness; Boogie Water Brown Ale, a dark caramel, brown in color with a creamy, manila head and a nutty, roasted malt flavor with a slight chocolaty afterthought; and the Breaking Trail Pale Ale, a crisp, smooth and easy drinking pale ale that is red to copper in color, and possesses a medium sweet malt backbone, rich with caramel, biscuit, slightly toasty aroma and flavor.
