Pickles, Pies and Preserves with Mindful Cuisine

Learn to cook delicious food in a comfortable setting with a spectacular view.

Meet new people, create a meal designed byChef Linda Elbert (or guest chef), and enjoy restaurant quality food with your fellow attendees (new friends?).

You’ll prepare items to take home in their Make and Take events, such as canning and baking workshops. In the Make and Eat events, you’ll enjoy an appetizer prepared by the chef in the wine cellar before class, then prepare and share a full meal together. After each event, take home recipes and tips to recreate the items at home.
