If you’re at the Sundance Film Festival for the long haul (or if you’re a local), you may be growing tired of the crowds on Main Street. To get away from the craziness and find an affordable and delicious meal, we encourage you to try some of Park City’s culinary delights just off of Main Street. From casual yet delicious dining to quick to-go items, here are some spots to try that are only an Uber or free bus ride away.
Este Pizza serves up New York style pizza, using fresh, high-quality ingredients in a casual, friendly dining atmosphere. Este Pizzeria earned the title of “Best Pizza” from City Weekly Magazine in 2013 and 2014. Come grab a whole pie or some slices, and there are five vegan pie options on the menu.
Boneyard Saloon is a locals favorite for a great bar and restaurant off of Main Street. Like most hidden gems, this gastropub is a favorite among all types for its wood-fired cooking and elevated bar food.
With daily specials, Fuego offers affordable Italian food including wood-fired oven pizza (as well as gluten free crust), salads, soups and an array of pasta dishes. Get out of the cold and warm up in between films at Fuego, conveniently located nearby the Sundance HQ and near several theaters.
A selection of gourmet grocery items, house prepared take-away entrées (with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options) as well as wine, beer and liquor are available for purchase. Deer Valley Grocery Café is open daily and located in the Deer Valley Plaza building in the Snow Park area, on the free bus route.
Located in Kimball Junction and Quarry Village, Park City Bread and Bagel is the local’s choice for fresh bagels, coffee, breakfast burritos, paninis, sandwiches, salads, soup, fruit smoothies and more. Grab a bag of bagels and stock up for the rest of the Festival.
Serving tastes from all over the globe, everyone will find something they like on Sammy’s diverse menu. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sammy’s is convenient to Main Street and located near several Sundance theaters.
