Fresh salads, soups and dishes all highlight local produce, and the menu offers classic options like fresh veggie risotto (which is a house favorite) and steak and blue cheese salad. Don’t be afraid to indulge in the wine, which has no sulfites added and is from sustainable vineyards. 501 can easily accommodate gluten-free diners as well. The restaurant offers two levels for dining in an airy, light space as well as a deck overlooking Main Street. If you can, save room for dessert. The brownie sundae is amazing and a great treat after a satisfying meal.
