Rise & Dine: The Spur

Welcome to our new weekly series: Rise & Dine. Here, we round up our favorite breakfast finds all over the Park City area.

The Spur may not be your first thought when you think of breakfast, but it definitely should be. The classic Spur experience, with a two-story beautiful bar and an awesome rooftop deck, is available as early as 10 a.m.  Perfect for those who want a late breaky because you can get their breakfast items anytime. This place rocks it until 1 a.m. daily, so no matter what time you roll out of bed, they have you covered!  To top it all off, they serve their very own Spur whiskey, the perfect way for a little “hair of the dog.”  We especially love the Bootlegging (pictured below) that is finished with Carpano Antica vermouth, orange bitters, and Amarena cherry.

One of our favorite selections for breakfast is the jazz hands- with fried chicken, a Belgian waffle, mozzarella, provolone, and Spur whiskey cream cheese spread.  Their brick oven pies are pretty incredible, and they conveniently offer a breakfast version.  Try the maple sausage pizza with bacon, scrambled eggs, provolone and mozzarella.  You can even make it gluten-free!  Click here to check out their full menu.

Stick around after to watch a game on one of their many TVs, and the live music they offer every night. Hosting some of the best acts around with local, regional and national music of every genre.  Click here to check out their full music schedule.

SPECIALS: Live music daily!  Locals love their $5 burgers and $5 buffalo wings offered daily until 6 p.m., and on Tuesdays they have $3 tacos from 10-10 p.m.

When: Daily 10 a.m.-1 a.m.
Where: 352 Main St, Park City, UT 84060
