There’s still time left to vote for Park City’s next cocktail contest winner! There have been some delicious cocktail contestants put forth around town, and we can’t wait to see who takes home the grand prize. If you haven’t made it out yet, here’s one that you must try. The Riverhorse On Main’s talented mixologist Mike Fries created this fresh summer cocktail, The Emerald Saint.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Hendricks Gin
- .5 ounces St. Germain Liqueur
- Cucumber
- Basil
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber and basil in a shaker.
- Add Hendricks gin, St. Germain and ice, shaker vigorously.
- Strain over a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
