Try A Taste Of Tupelo Today

At Tupelo Park City, celebrate globally inspired food, artisanally sourced and stunningly prepared. An amazing team, led by chef Matt Harris, will tease your tastebuds with dishes that are decidedly American. Tupelo celebrates what we love most about food: its ability to tell a perpetual story.

Chicken fried catfish with mashed potatoes, bread and butter squash pickles and hot sauce with edible flowers is one of the many dishes on the menu with full-bodied, flavorful ingredients served in an unexpected way. Each dish is a testament to prized local fare and the small-batch producers who grow, distill or raise it. They reach far and wide to compile carefully cultivated and startlingly luscious foods for your plate. And they enjoy the hell out of doing it.

Beef and Barley, featuring Niman Ranch sirloin, sautéed greens and summer squash is perfectly seared to highlight the flavor of small and sustainably farm-raised meats.
