Watch Me: Red Banjo Pizza

Red Banjo Pizza Parlour is an iconic institution on Main Street and a local’s favorite when it comes to grabbing a slice and a cold drink after a long day of playing in the Wasatch Mountains. Red Banjo is considered Park City’s oldest restaurant, continually operated at the same location since 1962.

Owner Scott Toly gives us a behind the scenes look at how to make their famous pizzas, complete with the answer to why they add a lemon wedge to each pie.
