What You’ll Find At Park City’s Transformed Mid Mountain Lodge

If you’re skiing Park City Mountain this season, make sure to check out the newly transformed Mid-Mountain Lodge. The ski in-ski out restaurant received a face lift this summer with a completely renovated interior, menu revamp and added full-service bar area: The Public House.

The Public House bar has a quaint, cozy rustic vibe with sheepskins on all the chairs, fire pits on the patio and beautiful creative cocktails perfect for a photo opportunity. Have the bartender make you a “Wasp and the Hive,” which is a gin drink with butterfly pea flower. Watch the blue drink turn purple as the tonic is poured and PH of the liquid changes.

On Mountain dining as a whole is seeing changes and executive chef Alex Malmborg expressed they were really looking for something different than the typical heavy food that would normally be the tradition. To accomplish this, they centered offerings around having lots of flavorful, fresh food options.

The tuna poke bowl is a big hit, or Mid Mountain buddha bowl packed with kale, broccoli and Brussels sprouts over brown rice and dressed with peanut miso sauce. They also added farm-to-table options like the locally sourced porchetta sandwich with a pepita pesto.
