Starting Jan. 25, the Sundance Film Festival will bring all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood (and fur — lots of fur) to our little mountain town. As you likely know, the 10 days of the festival can be chaotic (to say the least) for those of us sticking around town.
As Main Street transforms into a mini-Tinseltown, some restaurants will be taken over by throngs of film industry insiders. But that doesn’t mean that locals are out of luck. You’ll still have plenty of restaurants — especially off Main Street — to head to when you start to get sick of cooking (and cleaning up) at home.
Below, we’ve rounded up a list of Park City eateries and bars that will stay open to the public during the festival, most with normal business hours. One caveat: With so many visitors in town, it’s always smart to call a restaurant ahead of time to check that they’re not fully booked. (We’ve listed phone numbers below to make it easy on you.)
