This time of year, we have a bad news vs. good news scenario here in Park City. First, let’s get the bad news out of the way. We’re looking at an extremely muddy — and possibly long — shoulder season, thanks to the epic snowfall this winter. (Which really isn’t a bad thing at all!)
But here’s the good news: Plenty of Park City restaurants are staying open, so we can keep eating well as we wait for the trails to dry out. Here’s a list of who’s still open, as well as specials they’re offering to those of us who are sticking around.
Blind Dog: Open Tuesday through Saturday. On Wednesdays, their famous Buck-A-Shuck deal is back with $1 oysters, and Tuesday nights Happiest of Hours are back as well. (These deals are for VIP Club Members only — sign up here for free!)
