You Ask For It, Dishing Delivers


One of our most popular sections of the Dishing PC magazine is our “Ask For It’s”. When I first started working for Dishing, I couldn’t believe we could get all these awesome recipes from the chefs at Park City restaurants. It’s actually one of the easier tasks on my ever-increasing “to-do” list. However, without your requests, we honestly don’t know what to ask for! So all our fans out there on Facebook and Instagram and those who religiously read our blogs, please send us your requests for your favorite dish at your favorite Park City restaurant. Here’s a few “Ask For It’s” from our most current issue, on stands now. You might just be featured in our next issue coming out this summer!

“I love a good Manhattan, and the Bootlegging from The Spur fits that bill. I love that they use a local whiskey for it, too. Can you get me the recipe so I can make it at home?” -Courtnay Gray
