One of Park City’s finest lodging accommodations, Stein Eriksen Residences has opened their restaurant 7-8-8-0, previously only available to guests, to the public.
The 7-8-8-0 restaurant is named from the elevation it sits at: 7,880 feet and is an incredibly unique dining experience to add to Deer Valley midmountain options.
The restaurant offers seasonal menus with extraordinary dishes crafted by the talented culinary team led by vice president of food and beverage Zane Holmquist. Holmquist and Executive Chef Jim Hopkins try to source as much as possible locally.
In the winter, the cuisine is complemented by the spectacular snow-capped mountain backdrop and boasts a fireplace area to cozy up with a cocktail.
7-8-8-0 is also going to be open during the summer with a beautiful open terrace, inviting firepits, live music and stunning green landscape views. It’s a place that is truly not to be missed.
Guests can drive to the restaurant and park with free valet service upon arrival or ski-in and ski-out by taking Deer Valley runs Lance Chance and then Silver Dollar, where you will be greeted by Stein Residences’ friendly ski valet.

Stein’s burger: 8 ounce Angus beef, aged white cheddar, crispy fried onions served on sheepherder roll
