Brass Tag Fall Menu

Nestled at Deer Valley’s base, The Brass Tag is a perfect getaway from the usual hustle and bustle of Park City’s Main Street. With the quiet ponds nearby, The Brass Tag is tucked into the Lodges at Deer Valley and has just released its fall menu to reflect the seasonal changes.

The Brass Tag’s cheese curds made with artisan Wisconsin cheddar is served with their signature Brass Tag marinara sauce.

Seasonal ingredients and cozy comforts are king on this locally-sourced menu. New features include a pumpkin ravioli with a brown butter sage sauce, crispy prosciutto and toasted hazelnuts. The appetizer menu has received an overhaul as well, with the bruschetta topped with a honey-fig goat cheese and fried cheese curds made with artisan Wisconsin cheddar and their signature Brass Tag marinara.

Seasonal ingredients are highlighted in a fennel and pomegranate salad with green apples, salty pecorino cheese and a house made orange vinaigrette. The central wood burning pizza oven will be burning steady as ever to craft specialty pies.

Close out your meal with a choice of four fabulous desserts such as a pistachio cannoli made with decadent whipped ricotta and mascarpone cheeses and crushed pistachio nuts. Be sure to ask your server about the daily fresh gelato flavor!

The Brass Tag is open Thursday through Monday from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Make sure you stop by before their brief seasonal closure beginning on November 9 through December 4.
