The Park City Area Restaurant Association cocktail contest has been a whirlwind of creativity and flavors this July, with bartenders and restaurants showcasing their talents by incorporating local producers’ ingredients into their delightful concoctions.

As the contest heads into the final weekend, we suggest getting out to try the various drinks and submit final votes of your favorites. And even though the contest is coming to an end, the fun doesn’t have to with the option to continue incorporating local products in your drinks at home for the rest of the summer!

High Vibes Juicery

Vibrant Sunrise Mimosa: Combine High Vibes Juicery’s Golden Hour juice with sparkling wine or champagne for a vibrant and bubbly mimosa. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a sprig of mint for an enticing brunch cocktail.

Beer-Infused Shandy: Combine your favorite lighter style beer with lemonade and a splash of ginger ale for a light and effervescent shandy. Garnish with a lemon slice, and enjoy a bright and tangy drink that’s perfect for any occasion.

Tea-Infused Punch: Brew a strong pot of Atticus Tea of your choice, let it cool, and mix it with your choice of spirits such as rum or vodka.
