City Weekly’s 6th Annual Utah Beer Festival

There are many misconceptions about Utah and the people who live here. Misconception No. 1: We’re all Mormon. Nope, nope, nope, this is definitely not the case. Far from it. Misconception No. 2: All of our beer is 3.2 percent alcohol. Again, not the case. We actually really like beer, and we really like making it. Don’t believe us? This weekend, City Weekly’s 6th Annual Utah Beer Festival is the event that proves Utah loves beer. It is one of the most wonderful festivals of the year, but then again, beer makes me happier than probably a lot of people.

Since we also love animals just as much as beer, the event also has a great cause and will benefit the Humane Society of Utah. The festival will feature over more beers, live music, a karaoke stage, beer games, 12 local food carts/trucks, a gluten free cider area and much more.

When: 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday
