Did you know Park City boasts its own organic and biodynamic farm? Copper Moose Farm, located on three acres off Old Ranch Road, grows fresh vegetables and flowers for the Park City community as well as restaurants in the area.
What’s more: Did you know that you can enjoy a farm-fresh, four-course dinner right on the property? Copper Moose Farm is hosting three intimate Farm Stand Dinners this summer featuring a true farm-to-table experience created and cooked by local chefs. Chef Jordan Harvey of Hearth & Hill will lead the charge for the entire dinner series, but will partner with different chefs from various local restaurants for each evening.
The event will take place under the canopy at Copper Moose Farm’s Farm Stand on Old Ranch Road. Guests will partake in a full bar with a signature cocktail and Crimson wine, as well as heavy apps, before a delicious four-course plated dinner with seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients. Each event is limited to just twenty guests.
The next Farm Stand dinner happens on July 27, which will feature chefs Vanessa and Ashley Chapman of Main Street Social in Heber. On August 16, chef Adam Ross from Park City’s Twisted Fern will be the featured chef. The September 14 event, with Beltex Meats, is already sold out. Buy your tickets for the two upcoming events HERE before they sell out.
Copper Moose Farm’s biggest event of the summer, the Harvest Dinner, takes place on Saturday, August 10 this year. This elegant evening will spotlight five of Park City’s best chefs, spirits from Alpine Distilling, and live music. Only a few seats remain, so grab yours today HERE.
