Deck Dining: The Bridge

Rise and dine this weekend at The Bridge Cafe. Located on the Town Lift Plaza at the base of Main Street, The Bridge Cafe affords sweeping views of Park City Mountain Resort ski runs and front row access to Park Silly Sunday Market. Breakfast al fresco all day will fuel you up for a day on Main in Park City.

The Bridge’s twist on the traditional Monte Cristo sandwich the Cristo Redentor, a French toast style ham and swiss sandwich served with fresh fruit.

Some of the most fluffy pancakes I have ever eaten served with a schmear with Nutella and fresh strawberries. What you don’t see, is the goey chocolate chips inside these perfectly griddled cakes!

Once your sweet tooth is satisfied, absolutely try the Camarao a Brazuca, sautéed shrimp with garlic, fresh tomatoes, herb, onions, Dende Oil and chili flakes with toast points.

The Bridge serves traditional fare like killer eggs benedict, a traditional two-egg breakfast and French toast, fresh salads and burgers. But what they really specialize in is adding a Brazillian twist to their food. Take the opportunity to try the Moqueca Baiana, Prato Feito, and the File com Fritas.
With a full liquor menu, don’t forget to add some spirit to your dining experience.
The Bridge Cafe is located at 825 Main Street, on the Town Lift Plaza and is open daily at 8:00 a.m.
