Mindful Cuisine Class: Winter Seasonal Cooking

Begin this dinner with an updated take on a retro “chip and dip” crab appetizer. Next, enjoy a chopped a salad of winter greens and fruits, along with a cup of celery root bisque (you will never know that it does not contain a single drop of cream). Enjoy the flavorful hanger steak served with mushrooms and a side of pretty amazing charred broccoli. The Chocolate Cloud is a light and airy version of a flourless chocolate cake.
