Free Summer Events in Park City

This time of year, it might feel like things are slowing down. But don’t be fooled; there are still plenty of fun events in Park City for the rest of the summer. And better yet? Tons of them are free. Below, find seven of our favorite summer events for whatever you’re into, from mountain biking to music.

Montage Summit Yoga Series

Last chance! Every Friday from June to August, the Montage has hosted yoga on their stunning mountain lawn at 9 a.m. Complimentary for guests as well as the public, yoga has never been more beautiful than this.

Tuesday Night Yoga in City Park

Lululemon sponsors free yoga led by local certified yoga instructors in City Park (next to Miners’ Hospital), every Tuesday at 6 p.m. Bring a mat, water bottle and maybe a jacket, as it can get chilly at night! For details, call 435.649.3485.

Cruiserpalooza Wednesdays at Silver Star Ski & Sport

Meet at Silver Star Ski & Sport at 5:15 p.n. on Wednesday for an hour-long cruise around town, with a free barbecue to follow (for all participants, that is!). The ride is free with your own bike or $10 per person if you need to rent a bike.

Deer Valley Wednesday Night Concerts

Deer valley COHead to Deer Valley every Wednesday evening for a complimentary concert under the stars. A great picnic basket is key for this evening — check out this blog for all of our picnic basket suggestions.

White Pine Mountain Bike Rides

Every Tuesday night at 6 p.m., ladies can meet at White Pine Touring on Bonanza Drive for an all-levels-welcome mountain bike ride hosted by Team Sugar. Rides are grouped by ability level, and last about two hours. It provides the perfect chance to work on your skills and endurance while meeting new friends along the way.

Thursday’s two-hour co-ed rides are also led by mountain bike guides, and the last Thursday of every month includes a free BBQ! For more information, call White Pine Touring at 435-649-8710 or email experts@whitepinetouring.com.

Canyons Village Summer Concert Series

Through August 29, head to the Canyons Village on both Thursday and Saturday evenings for free music, family-friendly activities and mountain views.

Stein Eriksen Tuesday Night Concerts

hops on the hillYou’ll probably want to buy a beer flight or at least a burger, so it may not be completely free. But technically, Stein Eriksen hosts Hops on the Hill every Tuesday, which features a free concert. Check out this blog post for more details.
