In honor of our own Danielle Maffucio’s birthday today, it deemed only appropriate to share her favorite birthday cocktail with you all. It is festive, playful, and sweet, just like her! Last time she whipped up this fun drink for her birthday party, everyone couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. Girly? Yes, but you know the saying, don’t knock it until you try and if you are a birthday cake fan, you’re not going to be able to help yourself!
As many of you may know, Dishing originally started in the wonderful Jackson Hole by the power team Allison Arthur and Cara Rank plus their entire team of immense talent. Once Danielle saw the magazine during Arthur’s and Rank’s visit to Park City, she immediately decided Park City needed its aesthetic and concept in our print world, teamed up with her partner Gavin McComb and got the ball rolling to bring it to our community!

Ingredients
- 2 oz marshmallow-infused cake vodka
- 2 oz cherry soda
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients.
- Pour vodka and soda into a mixing glass - stir.
- Pour into martini glass.
- Drop cherry in bottom.
