Plus, a discount for locals on Wednesday nights
There’s a chill in the air, a golden shimmer on the aspens, and — just in time for sweater weather — La Stellina at The Snow Park Residences, St. Regis Deer Valley, has unveiled a fall menu that’s every bit as warm and comforting as it is sophisticated. Available through Nov. 9, this limited-time offering celebrates the season’s harvest with a distinctly Italian-American flair.
“Our culinary team at La Stellina is making the most of the fall harvest with a distinctive menu showcasing the robust flavors of the season,” said The St. Regis Deer Valley General Manager Tyler Mugford. “We invite families and friends to enjoy our stunning fall vistas from the dining room and savor these delicious offerings while they last.”
A Harvest of Flavors
La Stellina’s fall lineup opens with an irresistible spread of artisanal cheeses and hand-cut cured meats, the perfect prelude to starters that balance comfort and creativity: baked littleneck clams, crispy calamari and the indulgent warmth of parmesan risotto and mushroom agnolotti.
From there, diners can dive into seasonal pizzas that feel tailor-made for a crisp evening in the mountains: spicy sausage and peppers, mushroom and pumpkin and a standout prosciutto with roasted apples that captures the sweet-savory magic of fall.
Fresh pastas remain the heart of La Stellina’s soul, with dishes like garlic shrimp linguine, cavatelli all’amatriciana, cacio e pepe and casarecce alla vodka offering an edible passport to Italy. For those craving something more substantial, mains include eggplant parmesan, Lou’s chicken scarpariello, Niman Ranch pork tenderloin and the restaurant’s signature cioppino — a seafood lover’s dream swimming in tomato-saffron broth.
Even the youngest diners are welcomed with their own comforting menu: penne with tomato sauce, chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo.
