With one of the best patios in Park City, The Bridge Café & Grill, on Main Street, is the place to soak in the spring sun. Enjoy stunning mountain views as you indulge in their all day breakfast menu or one of their Brazilian-inspired twists on classic dishes. This includes the national drink of Brazil: the caipirinha, which is impossibly refreshing and tastes as if lemonade and a mojito had a love child. The Bridge Café and Grill’s Passion Fruit Salad Dressing


  • 1/4 cup passion fruit puree
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper and paprika


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Use the dressing to top the salad of your choice.
