Nestled in a cozy corner of Kimball Junction, Maxwell’s East Coast Eatery has become known for its fantastic pizza, Italian fare, friendly staff, and casual but lively sports bar atmosphere. A great place to watch whichever sports game of your choosing, grab a pie with friends, or even sit outside and enjoy some sun while playing some good ole’ corn-hole, Maxwell’s always ensures a good time.
On the weekends, they also offer a pretty hefty bloody mary bar that includes all of the necessary accouterments and then some, as well as several different mixers and vodka choices. It’s definitely impossible to have just one. The only thing Maxwell’s has really been missing has been breakfast. Well, now we are excited to announce that they have it all! Maxwell’s will now be serving brunch.
When: Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Menu: The menu pretty much hits all the bases in terms of the classics such as French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, a breakfast burrito, a breakfast sandwich, eggs Benedict (pictured above), and omelets for diners to customize.
