High West Distillery to launch Act 12 this Thursday.
The highly anticipated Midwinter Night’s Dram launch is upon us once again. Each fall, High West Distillery launches a new “act” of the beloved seasonal spirit with a launch party. This Thursday, Oct. 10, High West will introduce Act 12 of the popular whiskey blend finished in Port barrels.

For the Act 12 launch, High West has partnered with locals’ favorite Tupelo for a delectable dinner experience prepared by Chef Matthew Harris, fresh from his appearance at the James Beard Platform event in New York. His farm-to-table cuisine pairs perfectly with the bold flavors of Midwinter Night’s Dram.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by four courses, each featuring fresh ingredients from Utah’s fall harvest. Each course will be paired with spirits, including previous acts of Midwinter’s Dram and the ever-popular Prisoners Share.

The first course pairs A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 10 with a salad of Tupelo farm beets, peaches, grapefruit, pecans and goat cheese with a ginger brandy vinaigrette.
The second course features a cocoa chili spied elk carpaccio paired with A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 11. The entree features Mishima Farm’s Wagyu Beef with carrots, potatoes and cranberries paired with the latest release of A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 12.

The evening ends on a sweet note as The Prisoner’s Share is paired with honey-roasted figs, black pepper pound cake and blood orange caramel.
This 21+ event is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Tickets include a welcome cocktail, four dinner courses, and four High West spirit pairings. Reservations are open now on RESY.
Of course, High West is also sponsoring this weekend’s 8th Annual ShotSki on Main Street. Join over 1,000 fellow fundraisers as they raise money for the Park City Sunrise Rotary Club on Saturday, Oct. 12.
