New: Dine-In At Element Kitchen and Bakery


You probably know Element Kitchen & Bakery in Park City for being the one-stop-shop for healthy ready-made and take-and-bake options but what you may not know is they are now also offering a dine-in menu.  We stopped by to try a few items from their menu and wow. We loved experiencing the unique pairings and flavorful combinations the restaurant is known for served right there in their casual setting.  Put this on your list for a meal out this week!

Avocado toast: gluten-free toast, smashed avocado, grilled lemon, arugula, orange-infused olive oil, sel gris. Added poached egg (brunch menu)

Element opened in November 2017 after Lucy Block moved to Park City full time, and was having trouble finding healthy, convenient food options for her family. So she decided to open up shop. Her goal: provide Park City with a restaurant customers knew they could walk in and out knowing the food was only made with wholesome, organic ingredients without harmful additives.

Huevos Rancheros: black beans, tortilla, salsa rojo, manchego, poached egg, avocado, cilantro, cilantro-lime crema (brunch menu)

For the past year and a half, Element has been providing Park City residents with grab-and-go and take out items to bring home, but after demand from her customers grew, she decided to offer sit-down dining as well.

Herb-marinated chicken with veggies: chicken, chard, roasted root veg, winter squash, gremolata sauce (weekly menu)

Element is open 11a.m.-8 p.m. offering a full menu during the week and brunch on the weekend from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
