Off-season in Park City, quieter than peak summertime, means it’s the perfect time for locals to enjoy favorite restaurants. Here are updated operating hours for eateries around Park City between now and when the winter season is in full swing!

Grub Steak

350 Main: Closed Sundays and Mondays until mid-December

Alpine Distilling: Open Tuesday – Saturday, 4 – 10 p.m., Sunday, noon – 5 p.m.

Billy Blanco’s: Closed November 17 – 28, reopening November 29 at 4 p.m.

Boneyard Saloon: Open Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.

The Brass Tag: Open Thursday – Sunday, 5:30 – 9:30 p.m., Closing September 23

The Bridge Café and Grill: Regular hours are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m daily. Closed Thanksgiving Day.

Butcher’s Chop House & Bar: Open 4 – 10 p.m. daily

Cena Ristorante & Lounge: Closed October 27, reopening November 27 

Chimayo: Closed November 3 – 13. 

Collie’s Sports Bar & Grill: Open Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., including Tuesday Trivia from 7 – 9 p.m., Saturday – Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m., Bar open until 1 a.m. nightly. Closed November 5 & 6. 

Courchevel Bistro: Closed October 26, reopening December 6.

Drafts Burger Bar: Open Thursday – Monday, 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Firewood on Main: Open Tuesday – Saturday, 5 p.m. – Close. Closed October 27, reopening December 5

Ghidotti’s: Closed November 10 – 20. 

Grappa: Closed October 27 – November 6.

Hearth and Hill: Open Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Hill’s Kitchen: Open 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. daily 

Montage Deer Valley

  • Apex Restaurant: Starting October 6, reopens for nightly dinner service
  • Burgers and Bourbon: Open 3 – 10 p.m. daily
  • Daly’s Pub: Starting October 4, open Friday – Sunday. Gaming and bowling will remain available Monday – Thursday, 2 – 9 p.m.
  • Vista Lounge: Open Tuesday – Saturday until October 26
  • Yama Sushi: Open Wednesday – Saturday until October 26. Closed October 27, reopening December 3


No Name Saloon: Open Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 1 a.m., Saturday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 1 a.m.

Windy Ridge Bakery: Open Sunday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday – Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Windy Ridge Café: Closed November 3 – 13.

In full rebellion against the unpredictable climate of the Rocky Mountains, you can find Melissa on her Teton Valley deck grilling any month of the year. Typically in flip flops. Snow, rain, wind… no weather is too fierce. She’s a lover of peaches in any form, has a borderline addiction to arugula, and (strangely) has been known to drizzle soy sauce on pizza. But even more than she loves her stand mixer and cast iron collection, she adores cooking for her husband and two kids. When this Jackson Hole native isn’t scurrying around her messy kitchen, she’s probably outside floating the river, hiking, camping, fishing, or, well… grilling.
