On and Off Main: Where to Eat During the Sundance Film Festival

Story provided by Olivia Priedite of the Sundance Institute

Packing in as many films as possible during the Sundance Film Festival leaves film-lovers with little time for eating a square meal. However, sustenance is crucial to a successful Festival experience. In addition to hosting world-renowned independent cinema from around the globe, Park City is home to many incredible cuisines, from sophisticated Mediterranean fare to hearty American grills perfect for the chilly weather. Sundance Film Festival venues are spread out all over town, so hop on the shuttle route or strap on your treks to try the culinary offerings this magical mountain town has to offer.

These local favorites will be open for business as usual throughout the 10 days of the Sundance Film Festival, which starts today. At most locations, reservations are still available. However, if you are hoping to secure a table, book soon! Of course, those off Main Street may be a bit less crowded, but you never know…it’s survival of the hungriest cinephiles out there.
