Parker’s Muddled Lemonade


In every issue of Dishing, we take on the challenge of hitting the road to find a fabulous foodie destination in a story we call Will Travel for Food. Yes, it’s tough, but somebody has to do it. This December we traveled to Palm Springs and discovered all of the food gems and vacation-worthy attractions that Palm Spring has to offer. If you haven’t checked out the story in the newest issue, make sure you do. It will have you dreaming of food, palm trees and hot pink houses.

One of our favorite destinations was the Parker Palm Springs. It’s  a whimsical hotel surrounded by gardens and feels like part Alice in Wonderland and part trendy hipster spot. The lobby is edgy and bright and the entire property is a maze of bushes with secret hide-away spots (see: hammocks below).


But we did find our way to a must-stop spot: the adult lemonade stand. The Parker’s Muddled Lemonade is refreshing and, of course, spiked to perfection.


So now that it is officially June, this is the perfect drink to welcome the party that is summer in Park City! Now,  I just need to get myself a hammock…and a life sized chess board.


Parker's Muddled Lemonade


  • Mashed lemon
  • 2 oz Citrus Vodka
  • Splash of Limoncello
  • Lemon soda (or sprite)


  1. Mash the lemon and add vodka and limoncello. Top off with lemon soda or sprite. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
