Pink Elephant Coffee Opens on Main Street

Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters was founded by two coffee lovers from Ohio with a passion for fueling their adventures with quality caffeine and taking the time to enjoy a well-crafted cup of coffee. And while they’re been roasting for several years, they’ve officially opened a shop on Main Street!

In an unsuspecting location, you can find an amazing cup of coffee above the hip boutique, Prospect. Prospect is a supporter of other local businesses, first allowing Billy’s Barber Shop to set up shop in the back of the store front and now welcoming Kelly and Mitch Baker to have a home for their coffee. The more the merrier!

Now open in the upper level of 509 Main Street, Park City, Utah. Coffee, espresso, juice, kombucha, pastries  and more. They are also paying it forward and supporting other local companies including Ritual Chocolate, Mamachari Kombucha and Auntie Em’s baked goods.

In addition, Jennifer is whipping up Land Juicery cold press juices daily on site. While she usually has four types of juice, demand has been high so get your juice early!

Pink Elephant coffee is also roasted right here in Park City just down the street on Iron Horse Drive and you can pick up a bag to bring home at the store front.
