Husband and wife team Errol and Sheron Grant run 11Hauz with their daughters Nyesha, Tanisha and Anita Hamil. Sheron is the 11Hauz head chef, and it was her grandmother, who walked 11 miles to and from work every day, that inspired the name of the restaurant and most of its fresh, from scratch recipes. Down to the detail, tantalize yuh taste buds with flavors of Jamaican jerk and house-made scotch bonnet peppa sauce. The dishes at 11Hauz utilize blends of Jamaican spices that add rich island flare to every bite.
